Improves numeric entry on iOS

Adds a "Done" button to the numeric keyboard on iOS

*   Adds a Done button to the iOS keyboard for numeric entry.
*   Disables text prediction for numeric entries.
*   Sets the keyboard type to numeric for numeric entries.
