Can this app be used as a replacement for google voice typing using with anysoftkeyboard (or other keyboard)?

If the keyboard implements a microphone button, then you probably just need to set Dicio as "Voice input" under Android system settings. Otherwise you can install Konele and setup Dicio as the Speech-To-Text engine. Then you can switch to the Konele keyboard whenever you want to type with your voice.
