Whitelist

Hi, just wondering if a whitelist could be considered in parallel with the blocklist??
I use a couple YouTube Playlists and live streams to listen to ambient music while I code. At the same time I can totally get sucked into YouTube with news, events, etc.

I'd like to block YouTube but have a white list of specific URLS that are allowed. Is this possible?
