[BUG] Codebase Indexing is running fully every day #8129
Description
Problem (one or two sentences)
When i forget to start the qdrant container before vscode starts, the codebase indexing keep showing error. Then when i retry it starts reindexing everything.
Context (who is affected and when)
People who run qdrant on local.
Reproduction steps
- disable qdrant container
- start vs code
- start qdrant container
- retry
Expected result
Codebase is indexing only part that is not indexed. Also it should automatically index when qdrant instance is up.
Actual result
Need to manually retry, reindexing everything take too much time.
