What's new?

• When selecting some East Asian languages, the app will switch to fonts that better render them, implemented by @fz0000 in Fix #829, #226: Update UI font handling to use dynamic resources #1404
• Added Arabic translation (for the installer).

Fixed:

• Windows 10 users were unable to launch the app due to some compatibility issues with app dependencies.

This version does work for me on Win11.
