Enable Stack Smashing Protector (SSP)

Hello,

Could we enable on Nano S+, Nano X, and Stax please? The following lines should be added to `Makefile.defines` for these devices:

```
# Stack Smashing Protector support
LDLIBS   += -Wl,--wrap=__stack_chk_fail -Wl,--wrap=__stack_chk_init
AFLAGS   += -fstack-protector-strong
CFLAGS   += -fstack-protector-strong
```
