Specify distance function

Hey guys, thanks for the great package.

Wondering if there's a way to specify another metric for use in the tessellation functions.

When you make the triangulation, you can specify the weights to use. The power diagram created by voronoi then uses those weights (the math details are here https://juliageometry.github.io/DelaunayTriangulation.jl/stable/math/power/).
