DevSound X samples

DevSound X internally supports playing back 1920hz samples. If a higher sample rate is needed, it additionally supports external sample engines.

GBT + GBDK

The GBDK port of GBT Player stopped being maintained long before the RGBDS version, and therefore lags behind.
