Task Description

Was getting familiar here and ran into some discrepancies in the contributors.md file being outdated. Would appreciate if someone here could give it an update

For example,

• /helixdb/ -> /helix-db/
• there is no graph_core/ in helix_engine/
• there is no connection/ in helix_gateway/, thread_pool is now worker_pool etc.

Theres a few more as I was reviewing and sure its just updating the changes to what helixdb is today, would love to start contributing. Thanks
