Add a button to toggle collapsed vertical tabs.

Hi, I used Brave for a while and I liked that you could use vertical tabs but toggle if they are collapsed or not.
I think this would be useful for alternating between needing more screen space and having a general look at your tabs when you are switching constantly. :)
Also having the possibility to map a shortcut would be great.
