browser.urlbar.openintab to general settings

Is it possible to move browser.urlbar.openintab to general settings? This advanced setting allows searches in the address bar to open in a new tab. I have tried it and it works fine in Floorp, so I think it can be a general setting if there are no technical problems.

高度な設定にある browser.urlbar.openintab を一般の設定に移せないでしょうか。アドレスバーからの検索で、新しいタブで開くようになるので、Firefoxで昔から設定していました。自分で試したところ、Floorpでも機能しますし、技術的な問題がなければ広く開放してもいいと思います。
