Allow remote closing of synced tabs on another device

Currently Floorp syncs open tabs across devices, but once a tab is opened on Device A, there’s no way to programmatically close it from Device B. In contrast, Zen Browser provides a “Close on other device” action that removes the tab remotely, so that it closes that tab next time you launch that device. Zen Browser offers exactly this: right‑click a synced tab → “Close on other device”. Would love to see the same seamless experience in Floorp.

Proposed Behavior:
In the tab‑sync, add a “⋮” menu next to each remote tab with an option “Close on [Device Name]”.
