Implement Pylenium with Perfecto cloud.

I would like to use Pylenium with Perfecto cloud.

Is it possible to implement it?
If yes, what and where I need to make the changes?

1. Start by configuring pylenium.json to use Perfecto.

You'll probably want to keep the security token safe by dynamically changing some of the values. I show this further down.

2. Define custom pytest fixture for the reporting client

Let's pretend the rest of this python code is inside of a file called test_perfecto.py

3. Define the test

I really don't like having the try/except in the test like they show in their example. I recommend handling this better, but I'll leave it
since I'm trying to make this one-to-one with what they have.
