Currently with the httptrace package it is not possible to turn off the collection of query parameters using the functional style options.

return func(h http.Handler) http.Handler {
	httptrace.WithQueryParams(false) // does not exist
	return http.HandlerFunc(func(w http.ResponseWriter, r *http.Request) {
		httptrace.TraceAndServe(h, w, r, &httptrace.ServeConfig{
			QueryParams: false, // this is however ok, but can't use functional options
		})
	})
}
