This fixes unstability issues. Still need to refactor coap_security_handler_read()-function to work as specified in mbedTLS documentation. This commit should be treated as a temporary fix.

Previously we remove non-mbed devices from result array while iterating it. The logic is correct, but the iteration and removal can't happen to an array simultaneously in Python. This new approach finds mbed devices and save them into a new array.
Please help to review and let me know anything that needs further changes. Thanks.
