While reviewing the documentation, I noticed that the link on https://0xmiden.github.io/miden-docs/index.html
pointing to https://github.com/0xPolygonMiden
is broken and redirects to the wrong location.

This fix will also allow us to update the other broken link. Although this is a simple change, it would be helpful to correct it.
